In this work a young girl leans against a tree and gazes out at the water. The artist has caught her in a moment of reverie and she seems dressed, not for the collective farm but rather the country holiday. The artist seems keen to emphasise the harmony of nature and human life and the beauty of the Soviet people and countryside.
