ART RUSSE BECOMES A PATRON OF THE SERPENTINE GALLERIES IN LONDON

ART RUSSE has become a Patron of the Serpentine Galleries, one of London's leading art galleries, which attracts up to 1.2 million visitors a year. The agreement demonstrates ART RUSSE's commitment to supporting international galleries, museums and exhibitions, as it plans to launch its own museum in London.
Since it was established in 1970, the Serpentine Galleries has become a leading institution specialising in modern and contemporary art, while pioneering international collaborations with worldwide partners including museums and galleries in China, Norway, Denmark, France, Italy, Russia, Hong Kong, Brazil and India.
ART RUSSE, which sees education and cultural exchange as mainstays of its mission, is particularly pleased that its support will allow further development of the Serpentine's expanding Education and Public Programmes. The education programme consists of an extensive range of activities including talks, discussions, events and workshops aimed at helping participants of all ages and from diverse educational, social, economic and cultural backgrounds to understand and enjoy modern and contemporary art.
